How to Download our Mobile Banking App
Step 1: Visit the iTunes App Store or Android Google Play Store and search for West Michigan Community Bank or WMCB.
Step 2: Download the Mobile Banking app to your iPhone or Android.
How to Enroll in Mobile Banking
Note: You must enroll in West Michigan Community Bank’s Online Banking before utilizing Mobile Banking.
Step 1: Open the West Michigan Community Bank app (WMCB Mobile).
Step 2: Enter your Online Banking Username and Password.
Step 3: Click Sign On.
Step 4: Put a check mark in the box “Accept End User License Agreement.”
Step 5: Set up 2FA.
- When the secure your account screen appears, complete the form details to set up two-factor authentication.
- After entering the form details, select next.
- Enter the verification code sent from the app, then select Verify.
Step 6: Create a passcode for this device.
Step 7: Confirm the passcode created.
Step 8: You will then receive an option to sign in using Touch ID – you can choose to enable or choose not now.
Step 9: The tutorial will display or you can choose to Skip.
How to Use Mobile Banking with SMS/Text
Step 1: Log in to Online Banking.
Step 2: Select Options Tab.
Step 3: Select Mobile Settings.
Step 4: Place a check mark in the box “Enable text access for your mobile device.”
Step 5: Place a check mark in the box “Accept West Michigan Community Bank Text Banking Terms & Conditions." Click on the hyperlink to view terms and conditions.
Step 6: Enter your Mobile Phone Number.
Step 7: Select your Wireless Provider from the drop down box.
Step 8: Select the accounts you want text access from your mobile device.
Step 9: Click Submit.
Step 10: Click Confirm.
