Holland Holiday Open House Drawing - Official Rules

How to Enter: Entries to the Drawing will be accepted until 11:59 PM EST on Nov. 17, 2021. To be entered, register for the West Michigan Community Bank Holland Holiday Open House prior to Nov. 18, 2021. Limit one (1) entry per person/customer.
Eligibility: Must be present at Holland Holiday Open House at time of drawing to win. No purchase or account necessary to enter or win. A purchase or account will not improve your chance of winning. To enter you must be a lawful permanent resident of the state of Michigan and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to be eligible for entry. Businesses are not eligible to enter or win. Employees and agents of West Michigan Community Bank and their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
Drawing: On Dec. 2, 2021, at the Holland Holiday Open House, West Michigan Community Bank will randomly draw two (2) winners from the eligible entries. Must be present at Holland Holiday Open House at time of drawing to win.
Prize: Each prize consists of one (1) $50 WMCB Mastercard® Gift Card. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No substitutions or cash equivalent of prize is permitted. The prize has a total retail value of $50.
General: By participating in the Drawing, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and that Sponsor and related organizations, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the Drawing. Expense as a result of this prize, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. West Michigan Community Bank is not responsible for: (1) late, delayed or incomplete entries, (2) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry (3) any human error. West Michigan Community Bank reserves the right to: (i) disqualify from this or any Drawing it sponsors now or in the future, any person it finds, in its sole discretion, that has intentionally violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, the operation of the Drawing or any other aspect of this Drawing; and (ii) cancel or suspend the Drawing in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond West Michigan Community Bank’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Drawing. Information collected from participants is subject to West Michigan Community Bank’s privacy policy available via West Michigan Community Bank’s website at www.wmcb.com. None of the private information supplied by entrants will be used for solicitation purposes nor will it be disclosed to third parties. Acceptance of the donation constitutes permission for West Michigan Community Bank to use the winner's name, likeness and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. West Michigan Community Bank reserves the right to announce the winners on Facebook. By entering the Drawing, the participant grants West Michigan Community Bank, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of the participant and authorizes West Michigan Community Bank to copyright, use, and publish in print and/or electronically all such photographs. Participant agrees that West Michigan Community Bank may use such photographs with or without the participant’s name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content without compensation to the participant.
