remote deposIt*

West Michigan Community Bank offers the convenience and cost savings of making check deposits at your business location(s). Simply run the checks through a scanning device (provided by the bank) and check images are transmitted securely to the bank for processing. Save time, money, and gain quicker access to funds. Deposits made up until 7:00 PM are posted the same day.

Courier service*

Our friendly courier is available to pick up deposits directly from any of your locations Monday through Friday.

ach processing*

ACH processing allows clients to originate debit and credit transmissions between US bank accounts. West Michigan Community Bank’s ACH processing is integrated within our browser-based Business Online Banking. Users can create and use templates or import NACHA compatible files.

Lockbox*

Accelerate receivables, free up staff time, and streamline your deposit process using lockbox. Your customers mail all check payments, remittance, and correspondence to an assigned PO Box, where your deposits are processed daily. This information is then uploaded to your lockbox portal online where you can view deposits and corresponding information in a PDF or download a customized file.

mobile remote deposit*

The convenience of mobile deposit with the batching and reporting capabilities of traditional remote deposit check scanning.  With Mobile Remote Deposit, you deposit your checks using a smart phone app. Multiple checks can be batched in a deposit and reports are viewable as far back as 1 year.
