E-Statement Enrollment Instructions

Important note for Business Customers: Please first contact our Operations Department at 616.379.0660 or operations@wmcb.com before performing the following steps.
 
If this is your first time enrolling for any E-Statement(s):
 
STEP 1 - Login to Online Banking
 
STEP 2 - Select the E-Statement tab.
 
STEP 3 - Select the Enrollment subtab, which will automatically display. Read and follow prompts on screen.
 
STEP 4 - Select Enroll Now. An Enrollment Confirmation box will appear. Read and click OK.
 
Please note, it could take up to 48 hours to take effect.
 
If you've already enrolled in other E-Statements and want to receive electronic statements for additional accounts:
 
STEP 1 - Login to Online Banking.
 
STEP 2 - Select E-Statement tab.
 
STEP 3 - Go to the Sign Up/Changes subtab and check the boxes next to the additional accounts you would like to enroll in electronic statements and notices.
 
STEP 4 - Select Save Settings.
 
Please note, it could take up to 48 hours to take effect.

Not Enrolled in Online Banking?

Conveniently access your accounts, view statements, and setup bill payments with Online Banking.
 
Enroll today by selecting Login in the upper right hand corner. Select "First time user?". Read and follow prompts on screen.
