Commercial Lending

When the time comes for you to make a major equipment purchase, expand or move your facilities or simply cover short-term operating expenses, our commercial experts can provide customized lending solutions to fit your business needs. At West Michigan Community Bank, our focus is on providing financial solutions that help your company succeed. As a community bank, our decision making is locally made by professionals who understand the region and the people who live and work here. It allows us to be more responsive and flexible, giving you more ways to stay ahead of the competition. It's a way of doing business that has served our business customers well for over a quarter of a century. Our loan officers work closely with you to provide lines of credit, term loans and commercial mortgages, all with competitive pricing to meet the financial needs of your business.

Lines of Credit

Lines of credit provide funds to finance accounts receivable, inventory, and other short-term borrowing needs of your business. West Michigan Community Bank offers a flexible repayment plan based on the business cash flow, and the line can be easily accessed to borrow or repay.

Term Loans

Term loans can be used to purchase machinery, equipment and other long-term assets for your business. Interest rates can be fixed or floating and the repayment plan can be fixed monthly or quarterly based on the item financed and the cash flow of the business.

Commercial Mortgages

Commercial mortgages can be used for the purchase, renovation or addition to property used for commercial, retail, industrial, or multi-family purposes. Interest rates can be fixed or floating with monthly or quarterly payments amortized for periods up to 20 years.

Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans

This is where dreams can truly develop. As a SBA Lender, we will help you explore all your options. SBA loans are partially guaranteed by the government, so West Michigan Community Bank is able to offer extended payment terms and more favorable rates than through most conventional lending.

West Michigan Community Bank offers SBA Express Loans, 7(a) Loans and Certified Development Company (504) Loans available through the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Go to SBA.gov for more information.
